What is Alberts All Suburbs Catering?

Alberts All Suburbs Catering is a buffet, spit roasts and finger food catering specialist. We have a wide range of spit roast catering, buffet and finger food menus available to suit any occasion including

We welcome you to choose from our standard menu options, customise our menus or create your own menu from our extensive choice of dishes. All subject to quote.

What areas do you cater service?

Alberts All Suburbs Catering services the Perth metropolitan area as well as country areas, up to 300km from the CBD (minimum numbers apply). A travel surcharge applies for catering outside the Perth metro area.

Are the meats cooked onsite in a spit roast rotisserie?

No. As one of the leading spit roast catering services in Perth, we used our hospitality industry experience to design and custom build a one-of-a-kind walk in oven which roasts meat to perfection using a slow cook method. Meats are juicy and full of flavour with tenderness guaranteed.

All our spit roast catering services for Perth involve spit roasting in our custom oven. After the cooking process, all our meats are transported in our food safe insulated hot boxes. Our chefs carve the meats on site and serve out of bain-marries we provide.

What are the advantages of your custom oven compared to conventional spit roast catering rotisseries?

Spit roast cooking in our custom built oven provides a superior result over more traditional portable on-site spit roast catering in Perth. In comparison, the traditional on-site spit roast has only one benefit – the novelty of the meat rotating in front of your guests.

Can I customize your menus or create my own?

Yes. We will gladly help you customise or create a menu to suit your tastes and budget. All menus are subject to quote.

How much notice do I need when booking your catering services in Perth?

We require a minimum seven days notice, subject to availability. However, certain times of the year such as December are normally fully booked weeks in advance, so the more notice the better.

Please note: If you need catering services in Perth with less than seven days notice, please call our office for assistance and in some cases we may still be able to help depending on menu choice and availability.

How much notice do I need to confirm final menu selections and guest numbers?

Final menu selections and minimum guest numbers must be confirmed five days before a function date. After that time final numbers cannot be decreased but may be increased up to 48hrs prior to the function, subject to confirmation.

What facilities or equipment do your staff require onsite?

In most cases all we need is a clean and clear kitchen or preparation area with hot/cold running water and sufficient bench space for our staff to work in. We provide all buffet service equipment.

Cocktail party food and finger food catering requires an oven onsite.

Extra equipment can be arranged (with prior notice) for any special requirements e.g. function in a park. Our friendly office staff will discuss this with you during the booking process.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our policy is to receive payment in full before, or on the day of the function, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Master Card, America Express and electronic funds transfer (internet banking).

Please note that America Express card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.

What are your charges for children?

Our standard children’s prices are based on main meal only and not staff fees. Children 5 years and younger are free, 6 -to-12-years-old are half price while 13-years and older are counted as adults.

Prices may vary based on menu choices and the number of adults attending.

What does D.I.Y delivery and carvery mean?

The DIY delivery and carvery means we do all the cooking and food preparation and then deliver to your home or workplace. You place the food buffet-style (takes about five minutes) and the guests serve themselves. You will need to supply your own salad bowls and serving utensils.

DIY includes

  • Condiments supplied in plastic microwave safe containers
  • Roast meats fully cooked and carved in alfoil trays
  • All hot dishes prepared in alfoil trays and salads in food safe plastic bags.

All Foods are transported in our food safe insulated hot/cold boxes. To keep the insulated boxes please pay $5 cash per box on delivery OR to borrow we require a $5 cash security fee per box until boxes are returned to Alberts Catering in good / clean condition.

What happens to any remaining food?

Our staff will put any leftover food into containers you provide then place into a fridge and/or freezer as soon as possible. If these facilities are not available staff will, in compliance with the Health Act, dispose of any remaining food.

Alberts Catering is not responsible for any food handling after the function date.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. We will provide a fully inclusive quote (including GST) based on your requirements. You will know the exact cost of your function upfront.
