Finger food selections for menu’s 1 2 & 3 can be changed to suit. Changes subject to quote.

FINGER FOOD FUNCTIONS:

Please note our staff’s time/services includes: Preparing & heating of finger foods (Time to be advised), Serving finger foods to guests, cleaning up equipment & kitchen. Please note our staff only serves food provided by Alberts Catering. Any queries please contact our office.
Any additional services are extra and need to be specified prior to function.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU (if using our staff):

Indoor Functions: A clean/cleared prep area (kitchen) & A sink with hot & cold running water and a clean working oven is required. Size needed depends on number of guests. To be advised.
Outdoor Functions: 2.4m Trestle Tables for Food Prep (To be advised) & a Portable Gas Hotbox (To be advised) is required.
EQUIPMENT WE PROVIDE (if using our staff): Silver Serving Platters, Sauce Bowls, Oven Trays, Tongs PLUS equipment for staff to prepare & cleanup prep area

DELIVERY & PICK UP (D.I.Y) DO IT YOURSELF:

Finger foods are supplied COLD in plastic bags, trays & containers. Need to heat onsite and provide own platter trays etc

A surcharge applies for public holidays and for bookings at venues outside our regular service area.
